Venue

The organizers will provide transportation from the center of Warsaw to the RUG meeting venue.

The meeting starts on Monday, May 18 at 14.00h. We will serve a light lunch at 13.30h.

The bus will pick up the participants from the parking in front of the Kinoteka in Palace of Culture and Science located at Plac Defilad 1 Street at 12:00 on 18 May 2020 (The pickup time can be adjusted after fixing the agenda).

The pickup place is located within walking distance from Warsaw Central Station.

After the meeting on Tuesday, we provide transport to the center (around 18.20 on the spot)

Participants should make the hotel reservation on their own.

In walking distance, You can also find plenty of hotels with various standards.

For access to the premises of the NCBJ you need a valid passport or identity card. Without a valid passport or identity card, it is not possible to enter the NCBJ .

To ensure the smooth entrance, the passport number/identity card is required during the registration.
